Plumsicle™ Smoothie

Happiness in drink form.


Smoothie are a great way to add a few extra fruits to your day. They are also a perfect option for produce you didn't have a chance to enjoy earlier in the week. Below is one of our favorite smoothie recipes, but feel free to substitute items according to preference or whatever you have on hand.


2 - Plumsicles

1 - Peach

1 - Banana

1 handful of Spinach

1/2 cup - Honey Greek Yogurt

3/4 cup - Milk (or non dairy alternative)

3/4 cup - Ice
